Vivan Agrawal

Vivan is the COO and acts as the operational glue between product, engineering, security, and compliance. At EY, he worked in the cybersecurity advisory practice, helping enterprise clients design secure system architectures and identity frameworks while piloting early AI-driven automation and agent workflows for access control and compliance operations. Before that, he conducted research in the Ali Javey Lab on flexible nano-electronics and device fabrication, where he explored adaptive sensor systems and AI-driven embedded agents capable of real-time data interpretation, on-device inference, and autonomous signal optimization. He also worked at Jadoo Technologies on early-stage hardware prototyping and productization efforts, where he integrated lightweight AI agent logic into embedded systems to enable autonomous device behavior and edge-level decision-making.
